Welcome to Jaisalmer Tourist Taxi. By accessing our website or booking any of our taxi services, desert safaris, or tour packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and written/WhatsApp confirmation by Jaisalmer Tourist Taxi.
• An advance booking payment may be required to lock in vehicle reservations during peak tourist seasons.
• Driver contact and cab registration details will be shared prior to pickup time.

2. Fares & Additional Charges

• Specified fares for outstation and sightseeing include driver allowances, fuel, and state permit fees.
• Toll taxes, parking fees, and monument entry charges are extra as applicable during travel.
• Any extra kilometers or additional hours beyond the agreed package itinerary will be charged at standard per-km or hourly rates.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup receive a 100% advance refund.
• Partial Cancellation: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time are non-refundable.
